Cancellation Policy
• There are no cancellation fees. But there is a limit to how many times you make a no-call/no-show. If you make a no-call/no-show 2 times, you will be banned booking with me for 6 months.
• Emergencies happen even at the last minute and I understand. Please text me or call me leaving a voicemail, if you cannot make it so you are not penalized as a no-call/no-show.
• I value your time, and I’m asking that you value mine at the same time when you are booking appointments.
